By accessing and using Hardy Enterprises' website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.
2.1 Booking Process: All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Hardy Enterprises. A booking is only confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email.
2.2 Payment: Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged for corporate accounts. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during booking.
2.3 Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect existing confirmed bookings.
3.1 Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in are non-refundable.
3.2 Extended Stays: For bookings of 30 days or more, different cancellation terms may apply as outlined in your booking confirmation.
3.3 No-Shows: Failure to check-in without prior cancellation will result in forfeiture of payment and cancellation of reservation.
4.1 Check-In: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. Guests must provide valid government-issued photo identification at check-in.
4.2 Check-Out: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional fees.
5.1 Property Care: Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition during their stay. Any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be charged to the guest.
5.2 Occupancy: The maximum number of guests must not exceed the number stated in the booking confirmation without prior written approval.
5.3 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, illegal activities, excessive noise, and parties are strictly prohibited unless otherwise specified for the property.
5.4 Pets: Pets are only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties and require prior approval. Additional fees and deposits may apply.
Hardy Enterprises is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay, except where caused by our negligence.
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and we recommend obtaining travel insurance to cover personal property, cancellations, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Hardy Enterprises reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Carolina.
